I have been using this gentle cleanse product for over year and a half. It has helped me immensely with my gut. I keep always spear pills in my purse, in case I am not at home by the time I need to take them. I usually take them around 6pm combined with magnesium. These pills are amazing! The relief i have gotten from these are far beyond what i expected. My bloating is gone, i have several bowl movements a day (sorry TMI) and i just feel good in general.
